Fibrate class of drugs circulating among others: Bezafibrat, Ciprofibrat, fenofibrate and Gemfibrozil.

In 2005 the CHMP Pharmacovigilance Working Party had conducted a review of benefits and risks associated ratio fibrates because of the limited evidence regarding the long-term benefits in reducing cardiovascular risk. CHMP Pharmacovigilance Working Party concluded that the fibrate class of drugs may continue to be used in the treatment of lipid disorders, but should not be used as first-line treatment.

Lately The European Medicines Agency’s Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) reviews the fibrate class of drugs because of the limited class of information security aspects of the use of fibrates in the long term. Be concluded that the fibrate class of drugs has a ratio of greater benefit than risk. But doctors should not prescribe fibrates as first-line treatment in patients newly diagnosed with blood lipid disorders, except in patients with severe hypertriglyceridemia or patients who can not use statins.

Review CHMP Pharmacovigilance Working Party on the new data are also merekomandasi fibrates can be used in conjunction with a statin if a statin alone is not strong enough to control blood lipid levels.

Meanwhile, a commonly reported side effects associated with the use of fibrates class of drugs, such as: Digestive, gastric or intestinal disorders (such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and flatulence); Skin Reactions (such as rash, pruritus, urticaria and photosensitivity / cutaneous photosensitivity with manifestations like as erythema, vesiculation or nodulation on parts of skin exposed to sunlight).

Drugs that bind to protons (H) immediately converted into a pron Sulfonamode active pump.

PPI drugs are indicated for the treatment of patients such as: Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), and Small Intestine Stomach ulcer and esophageal inflammation.

From the U.S. FDA Review of The Reports of Adverse Event Reporting System (AERS), Medical Literature and Periodic Safety Update Report (PSUR) for cases of hypomagnesemia in patients who are receiving an extension of PPI therapy, suggests that there is the possibility of increased risk of decreased levels of magnesium (hypomagnesemia) if the PPI is used in the long term. Hypomagnesemia has been reported in adult patients who received PPI at least 3 months and most occurred after 1 year had used PPI.

Hypomagnesemia cause symptoms of serious side effects in certain patients, such as muscle spasm, irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia) and convulsions (seizures), impaired parathyroid hormone secretion and hypocalcemia. The mechanism of occurrence of hypomagnesemia in the provision of long-term PPI is not known, but may be related to changes in intestinal absorption of magnesium.

Handling patients who are experiencing is generally hypomagnesemia with magnesium supplementation and cessation of PPI.

Suggested to the doctor to do a blood magnesium levels of patients at the time: Before the long-term PPI therapy, By periodically during treatment with PPI, what more if the PPI class of drugs given concurrently with diuretics (loop diuretics and thiazide diuretics), and digoxin.

Imagine if we do not have teeth, it is not like a grandfather’s face or grandmothers, where both lips will resign his position. Similarly, if the position does not irregular teeth (there is a forward and backward or crowded) course will provide less of a pretty face or less handsome. Besides, the color is not white teeth will also reduce the sense of confidence. In an effort to beautify the appearance is often socially we do conversation with a ready smile. But because of the lack of good teeth often we feel uncomfortable when smiling, aka less confident.

There are several ways to improve the treatment of dental conditions, ranging from the use of teeth whitener, teeth cleaning and the use of coral braces.

The use of teeth whitener, teeth whitening is not part of routine maintenance, but for aesthetic reasons. To note that the white color produced by tooth whitening is not permanent. Also dental fillings and false teeth could not bleached with bleach teeth. American Dental Association teeth whitener divides into two, namely: first, bleach contains peroxide, which washes away the stain on the surface and the inside of the teeth; second is whitening toothpaste, which only washes away the stain on the surface of the tooth.

If you want to whiten your teeth, you should first consult with your dentist. Dentists need to look at problems that occur on the teeth. Is due to the stain, or black teeth due to the hole. Or are there other causes. In addition can be done in the doctor’s surgery, we can live at home tooth whitening. However, the results achieved with the help of doctors would be more effective.

Cleaning tartar, tartar can also interfere with the beauty of your teeth. Thus, we should clean it regularly, every 6 months to 1 year. If not cleaned of plaque and tartar can cause gingivitis, or bleeding gums so often and swollen. Left untreated, this disorder can become periodontitis, namely damage to the alveolar bone around the teeth. This is what will make our teeth into rock, which eventually must be removed.

Use of braces, tooth position is not good, and the neat arrangement could not be improved with the use of braces. If we feel confident with the obvious wire when used, there are some better choices. For example, transparent colored braces, or mounted on the inside of the teeth, or Invisalign is made with special technology, so as not to be seen, very clear, and comfortable. Invisalign can only be done by a certified dentist.

Treatment with braces lasted between 1-2 years, depending on the case. Do not forget to wear your retainer or retaining teeth after the treatment, so that the teeth arrangements do not change again.

Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) that occur in general (the entire body) can be a clinical manifestation that can be found in some particular heart disease, but hyperhidrosis local (and only in the hands or feet) non-specific clinical manifestation of heart disease and tuberculosis. Hyperhidrosis happens in general is not a sign of heart disease and or tuberculosis, because often only a clinical manifestation is the companion, not a major clinical manifestation. Complaints that often be found in patients with heart disease or tuberculosis is shortness of breath (difficulty breathing) and chest pain.
